Sheltered Instruction in Texas: A Guide for Teachers of ELs - Hereford Day 1 - AM




Educators will explore the true meaning of sheltered instruction with research-based strategies. Chapter 89 of the TAC, recommends “sheltered instructional approaches by trained teachers...in all content areas” to meet the needs of ELs. This training is designed to give teachers the tools they need to meet these requirements.

Important Workshop Information:


This workshop can be used to fulfill the requirement for sheltered instruction training for high school teachers of ELs. It is free to members of the T3 SSA. This session addresses CSF 1, 4,6 and 7.
