TEKS Resource System: A Guide to Social Studies Instructional Planning




How do I use the TEKS Resource components for classroom instructional planning? During this session, discussion will focus around the semester Instructional Focus Documents (IFD) and assessment components. Using backward design, participants will engage in transferring unit expectations to a framework for classroom instruction. Through collaboration and sharing of ideas participants will develop a personal process to incorporate components of the TEKS Resource System for planning considerations.

This workshop supports CSF 1, 2, and 7. For districts participating in the TEKS Resource System contract there will be no charge, the charge will be removed at checkout.
