Fired Up for the New ELAR TEKS grades K-5




K-5 ELAR participants will dig into the new ELAR TEKS to be implemented in the 2019-2020 school year. Participants will look at the organization of the strands, the grouping of the knowledge and skills statements, and the student expectations. Teachers will be asked to focus on the grade level they teach through collaborative activities to get a deeper understanding. Implications for instruction will also be discussed.

For districts participating in the Instructional Support contract there will be no charge, the charge will be removed at checkout.
