Personnel Skills for Supervisors of Non-Exempt Staff




This workshop will be presented by TASPA staff. The training is designed for all supervisors of non-exempt staff and paraprofessionals including non-contract personnel in transportation, maintenance, custodial, instructional aides, office aides, and cafeteria staff and human resources, campus, or central office administrators who supervise these employees. Topics will include: Hiring and Interviewing Skills, Conflict Resolution, If it is Not Documented, it Never Happened, Managing the Grievance Process, Supervising Different Generations in the Workforce, Do’s and Don'ts for Supervisors.
