Get Better Faster: Leadership Development in Observation & Feedback




Great instructional Leaders want to help teachers be the very best they can be in the classroom. But, what does that exactly look like and how do you put it into action? During these three introductory days, we will utilize the powerful resource Get Better Faster by Paul Bambrick-Santoyo as a sound approach to observing teachers and providing meaningful feedback. We will also explore the Core Principles of Coaching, the Four Phases of Skill Building, and a Scope & Sequence guide to prioritize teacher skill development. Registration includes resource book and all three session dates.
