Handle With Care Initial Training




This course is for initial certification in Handle With Care. The training is a comprehensive crisis management system that includes identifying the escalation cycle of behavior, learning what it means to be a solid object and understanding the Tension/Tension Reduction Cycle. Participants must complete all exercises and demonstrate competency in this workshop to receive certification from the trainer. Participants are expected to meet all physical standards. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes for the training.
