Trainings: Session Detail

Corn in the Classroom (K-5)

Corn in the Classroom is a K-5 curriculum that uses agricultural concepts to teach science. So many students are unaware of where their food and fiber come from, so these lessons will help to fill in that gap, while still meeting science needs. These lessons have been pilot tested by Texas teachers in their own classrooms to help align to science TEKS. Many of the resources for these lessons will also be provided.
