Share
School has started. What have you faced? What are your concerns in working with students in this new unprecedented school year? Are you at your best to face the challenges? School counselors and educators are integral to navigate these murky waters. In a two-part session we can help you provide a safe & supportive learning environment. First, the new TEA School Counseling Program Manager, Stephanie Lerner, will present a 3 step plan for supporting students and provide resources. Second, you will learn importance of self-care, how to help students express & self-regulate their feelings after isolation, and takeaway activities to use with students and staff.
Important Workshop Information:
Districts who are a part of the Counselor Contract will be free of charge. As of now this will be offered as a face-to-face training if changes are made you will be notified.
