Title IX All Staff - Online Course

The new Title IX regulations require staff training to inform all district staff about their responsibility to identify and report sexual harassment in the school setting. Training provided by Underwood will inform educators and staff about the new legal definitions, duties and procedures for reporting possible sexual harassment, and will address the following topics: Identifying and reporting sexual harassment; understanding your duties and how your role intersects with the Title IX Coordinator, as well as administrators investigating or reviewing complaints of harassment; awareness of changes to a district’s Code of Conduct; implementing interventions for students during and following a sexual harassment investigation.
