Mr. Houston will discuss key documentation school districts should create in order to demonstrate compliance with the law and to help reduce the risk of legal challenges following COVID-19. With discussion of how to document services, parents' decisions to decline services, and what to document when Evaluations cannot be completed within timelines, Elvin will speak to the most frequently asked documentation questions from special education personnel in these strange new circumstances.
