In this training leadership teams will learn what it takes to lead your schools to excellence by functioning as a leadership professional learning community. Key concepts will include structures for collaboration, building a collaborative culture, and utilizing school improvement structures such as Effective Schools Framework, Wink's Hierarchy of Instructional Excellence, and Wink's Excellence Support System to serve as focal points for both leadership collaboration and leadership development.
