Share
The purpose of this training is to create a standard of high-quality instruction for students with significant cognitive disabilities. Delivering high-quality instruction means educators use instructional materials, teaching practices, and learning environments that lead to learner success. The needs of students with a significant cognitive disability require specialized adaptations and modifications to traditional educational strategies. This training covers the five Quality Indicators of Effective Practices for working with students with significant cognitive disabilities and aligns with the Rubric of Effective Practices.
