Connecting The Dots: Teaching US History in World Geography and World History

What can you do to better prepare students for the HS STAAR EOC? By examining the alignment of TEKS between World Geography, World History, and US History, this workshop will help teachers make connections between the content of those courses. Teachers will design ways to integrate similar themes in order to add US History into World Geography and History. The second half of the workshop will focus on how to incorporate process skills needed to excel on the STAAR exam. Your US History teacher will thank you for attending!
