How to Address the SEL of your GT Learner (GT Update-Summer 2022)




In this session, participants will look at the specific need to help their GT navigate through their social-emotional needs in the classroom setting. Participants will examine the characteristics and qualities of educational environments that impact the social and emotional strengths and needs of gifted students. Participants will also explore strategies to empower gifted learners to effectively deal with challenges that may be attributed to social and emotional characteristics they possess. This session counts as a GT 6-hour Update.

Important Workshop Information:


If your district has the Gifted and Talented contract, the fee will be removed at checkout. This session will be face-to-face from 9 AM-4 PM with a lunch break. Please bring your laptops or tablets to use throughout the session.
