Making Connections TEKS RS Collaborative PLC: Unpacking for Purposeful Planning ALL LEVELS: Science/Social Studies/Math
Day 3




This 6-part series is designed to help dive deeper into understanding your standards and create bit-size pieces to help with implementation and planning from the IFD. We will come together to collaborate and learn best practices to support learning in the classroom. The best part, you will be making connections with other teachers who are teaching what you are teaching. We will have new learning built around best practices each six weeks!

1st Six-Weeks: Participants will begin with taking a deep dive into their TEKS and sequencing concepts with the IFD Unit to develop learning objectives.

2nd Six-Weeks: New Learning - Exit Tickets aligned to the Learning Objectives using new STAAR 2.0 question formats.

3rd Six-Weeks: New Learning - Differentiating questions using TFAR, and other resources.

4th Six-Weeks: New learning - Differentiating questions using TFAR, and other resources.

5th Six-Weeks: New Learning - Revising Unit assessment based on the data collected from the exit tickets.

6th Six-Weeks: STAAR Review
