ASCENDER GRADUATION PLAN Application Training




ASCENDER Graduation Plan Application Training - This workshop is designed for NEW users and those needing a refresher. A brief overview will be covered on how to get a Graduation Plan set up for use. Then we will begin to explore, in detail, what it takes to manage student graduation plans. This will include an in-depth discussion and explanation of the student individual maintenance tabs: Grade Level, Course Detail, Credit Detail, PGP, and Performance Acknowledgement. An explanation and discussion of Graduation Plan reports will be covered and what information from Graduation Plan prints on the students' transcripts. How the Graduation Plan impacts what the student has completed, is currently working on, and what they will be working towards in the future will be discussed. This involves understanding the role that the Scheduling Application (future) and Grade Reporting (current and past) have in managing the student's Graduation Plan successfully.
