Reading and Writing Instruction for Early Childhood Emergent Bilinguals




During this training, educators will take a deep dive into reading and writing instruction for early childhood emergent bilinguals. Join us as Valentina Gonzalez, author of the book ¨Reading and Writing with English Learners¨, engages participants in techniques for reading and writing instruction that can be implemented immediately with early childhood students. Participants will receive a copy of the book ¨Reading and Writing with English Learners," as well as copies of mentor texts the presenter uses during the session.

This workshop will be free of charge to members of the Title III SSA or to those districts who contract for Bilingual/ESL services from Region 16. The discount will be reflected at checkout.
