Executive Functioning 101

Executive functioning is a set of skills our brain uses to help us with time management, organization, decision-making, and even emotional self-regulation. Many students with special needs have EF deficits, but by recognizing the deficit areas, caregivers can better understand the needs of their student and ways to foster skills.
