Connecting to Climate: Global to Local Presented by ASOMBRO




In this hands-on workshop, secondary science educators will learn about Asombro and the Southern Plains Climate Hub's free lessons all about how climate impacts people and ecosystems of the southwest from a water, wildfire, and agriculture perspective.  Particpants will practice activities that can be used in the classroom and each teacher will leave with materials and classroom supplies!

Lessons are aligned to the new TEKS!

Participants will receive a $100 stipend and teaching kit.
